Most orders will be ready within 20 minutes. To arrange a specific pick-up time, just drop us a line in the Order Notes field during checkout. Online orders are processed from when we open until one half-hour before closing (Tues 11:30-4:30, Wed-Sat 11-4:30).

Allergen or tolerance concerns? Put any special requests for omissions /substitutions in the Order Notes field on checkout. (For special cases and severe allergies, just give us a call before you place your order.) Please note that the Ellery kitchen is not a nut-free facility, but we will always note when any items contain nuts.
