Weekly Dinner Pre-Order

The Ellery’s chef-prepared dinners are fully cooked and ready to heat-and-eat (easy instructions included). Menus run on a rough rotation with seasonal variations (so, yes, your favorites will come back around). Like all of our foods, we use the best local, seasonal goodness we can find.

Order by end of day each Tuesday for Friday pickup. Prices are per person unless otherwise specified.


Jan/Feb Friday Dinners

Week 1: Turkey Wing! (Feeds 2. Pick up January 21, between 5pm - 7pm)
Provenance Farms pasture-raised GIANT turkey wing confited and crisped, with a duo of honey chili dipping sauce & peach bbq sauce // duck fat roasted huckleberry gold potato wedges // salad of Good Leaf Ontario spring mix with roasted tarragon carrots, celery and a garlic buttermilk vinaigrette. Feeds 2 people. Ordering closes Tuesday, January 18.
Week 2: Pork Roast (pick up January 28, between 5pm - 7pm)
Slow-roasted pork butt rubbed in warm spices with cherry barbecue sauce on the side // cheesey polenta cakes // charred Ontario broccoli // freshly baked baguette and leek brown butter. Pricing is per person. Ordering closes Tuesday, January 25.
Week 3: Pastured Chicken Schnitzel (pick up February 4, between 5pm - 7pm)
Pasture-raised chicken schnitzel // mashed potatoes au jus // cherry tomato and cucumber salad with a tahini maple lemon dressing // challah bread with a sumac mint butter. Pricing is per person. Ordering closes Tuesday, February 1.
Week 4: Bouillabaisse (Pick Up Friday February 11 between 5pm - 7pm)
Delicate tomato and fish stew with salmon, butternut squash, sweet potato and fire roasted PEI mussels // salad of Good Leaf Ontario spring mix, cucumber and golden beets with a basil vinaigrette // freshly baked baguette with herbed butter. Pricing is per person. Ordering closes Tuesday, February 8.
